1. This Promotion is valid from 14 August 2026, 0930 hrs, to 30 September 2026, 2359 hrs.
2. This promotion is open to all cardholders of United Overseas Bank Limited (“UOB”) debit and credit cards issued in Singapore (“UOB Card”) with the exception of any UOB American Express, JCB Cards, Travel Account, Corporate (on corporate liability), Purchasing, Business, Multicurrency Corporate and Private Label cards, and whose UOB Card account(s) is/are valid, subsisting, in good standing and satisfactorily conducted as determined by UOB in its sole and absolute discretion, and with a registered residential address in Singapore (“Cardmembers”).
3. The Rebate is available to first two hundred and fifty (250) Eligible Cardmembers.
4. The Promotion comprises [2] categories:
   • Offer 1 - Existing Customers who renew using their UOB Card for any 24-month or 36-month PacificLight Energy Home Plan by 30 September 2026, and register for the Promotion, will receive a one-time rebate of S$20 (Renewal Rebate, the “Rebate”); or
   • Offer 2 - Existing customers who have more than 6 months remaining in their 24-month or 36-month PacificLight Energy Home Plan, set up recurring payments using their UOB Card by 30 September 2026, and register for the Promotion, will receive a one-time rebate of S$20 (Existing Customer Rebate, the “Rebate”).
5. To be eligible for Offer 1, you would need to fulfil all the criteria as stated below:
   • You must be an existing PacificLight customer and an eligible UOB Cardmember; and
   • You must renew your existing 24 or 36 month PacificLight home plan within three (3) remaining months from the Supply End Date; and
   • You must successfully set up recurring payment arrangement using an eligible UOB Card and register for the rebate within one (1) month from the date of application; and
   • You must make monthly recurring payment using an eligible UOB Card throughout the contract period.
6. To be eligible for Offer 2, you would need to fulfil all the criteria as stated below:
   • You must be an existing PacificLight customer and an eligible UOB Cardmember; and
   • You must have an existing 24 or 36 month PacificLight home plan which has a minimum of six (6) remaining months from the Supply End Date; and
   • You must successfully set up recurring payment arrangement using an eligible UOB Card and register for the rebate within one (1) month from the date of application; and
   • You must make monthly recurring payment using an eligible UOB Card throughout the contract period.
7. The Rebate will be credited to the third PacificLight Energy electricity bill from the time the Cardmember sets up the recurring payment to their UOB Card and registers to redeem the rebate.
8. Cancellation of Residential Electricity Contract before disbursement of the rebate and/or recurring bill payment during contract period will render you ineligible for this Promotion.
9. Any rebate in this Promotion shall be credited into your electricity bill, which will offset PacificLight electricity charges payable by you. This Promotion is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other products or services unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight. This Promotion is non-transferable and non-assignable.
10. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotional codes, discounts or vouchers, unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight.
11. PacificLight reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate this Promotion, whether in whole or in part and/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. Your continued participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance to any changes to this Promotion.
12. PacificLight has the right to disqualify, terminate, blacklist and/or reject your entitlement for any rebate if PacificLight is of the opinion that there has been any breach of these terms and conditions, regardless of the time of discovery of the breach. PacificLight reserves the right to forfeit or recover any value or rebate of the Promotion (whether already offset against your electricity charges or otherwise) in the event of any breach of this Promotion, breach of the electricity retail contract or early termination before Supply End Date stated in the contract.
13. PacificLight’s decision as to any matter relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to any eligibility for this Promotion shall be final and binding.
14. PacificLight shall not be liable for any taxes (including but not limited to income tax), costs, expenses or duties that may arise in connection with this Promotion.
15. PacificLight excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion.
16. This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and by participating in this Promotion, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
