  • This Promotion is valid from 8 April 2025 to 19 May 2025, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
  • The Promotion entitles existing PacificLight home plan customers with contract Supply End Date within 1 - 30 June 2025 to enjoy miles if the promotional code (“Promo Code”) is used for recontract.
  • The Promotion entitles eligible applicants who renew on any of the home plans set out under Clause 3 to receive KrisFlyer miles if the promotional codes (“Promo Code”) are used.  
  • The Promotion comprises three [3] categories:
    1. Renew on 24 or 36 or 60 month PacificLight home plan
      1. Renew with a 60-month PacificLight home plan online using the Promo Code “RISE60” to receive up to 10,000 KrisFlyer miles; or
      2. Renew with a 36-month PacificLight home plan online using the Promo Code “RISE36” to receive up to 6,000 KrisFlyer miles; or
      3. Renew with a 24-month PacificLight home plan online using the Promo Code “RISE24” to receive up to 5,000 KrisFlyer miles.

  • To be eligible for this Promotion, you would need to fulfill all the criteria as stated below:
    1. You must be an existing PacificLight account holder;
    2. You must use the correct Promo Code for the appropriate plan;
    3. You must provide a valid personal KrisFlyer Membership Number that belongs to PacificLight account holder during application;
    4. You must have a monthly usage of not less than 60 kWh prior to disbursement of KrisFlyer miles;
    5. You must make full and prompt payments for all your monthly bills before the disbursement of KrisFlyer miles; and
    6. You must make sure your last 3 electricity bills of your contract are paid promptly to receive the renewal miles.
  • Assuming that you fulfil the criteria under Clause 4, the Renewal Miles and Usage Miles that you have accumulated over the first three (3) months of the home plan that you have renewed for, will be credited automatically to your KrisFlyer membership account that is linked to that home plan, within 30 to 90 days following the receipt of your third PacificLight bill.
  • Usage Miles will be awarded based on the total electricity usage (kWh) over three (3) consecutive months from your renewed account Supply Start Date. The miles will be calculated by rounding down to the nearest whole number, subject to a cap (refer to Clause 3).

  • Any calculation or determination by us of the number of KrisFlyer miles to be awarded, is in the absence of manifest error, final and conclusive. All correction requests will not be entertained after 14 business days of miles credited to your KrisFlyer account.
  • In tandem with the non-transferable clause enforced by SIA under the KrisFlyer Membership programme, any request for mile accrual to a KrisFlyer membership account that does not belong to PacificLight Account holder will be rejected.   • Once the KrisFlyer miles are credited into your KrisFlyer membership account, they will be governed by the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme. Redemption and use of the KrisFlyer miles through the KrisFlyer programme are governed by the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, which you shall be solely responsible for complying with.
  • You may opt out of the Promotion later before your Renewed Contract Supply Date or before KrisFlyer miles distribution to your account if you use any of the following methods:

  • If you terminate the Residential Electricity Contract before disbursement of the KrisFlyer miles, you will not be eligible for Promotion.
  • If you terminate your Residential Electricity Contract after disbursement of KrisFlyer miles to your Krisflyer membership account, PacificLight reserves the right to recover a KrisFlyer Recovery Value. The KrisFlyer Recovery Value fee is calculated at US$0.04 per mile credited, using the currency rate on the date of termination of contract as recorded on Monetary Authority of Singapore. PacificLight reserves the right to reject any request for KrisFlyer miles adjustment in our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reason, and is not obliged to enter into any correspondence with you concerning such adjustments.
  • The Bonus Miles, Renewal Miles and Usage Miles are supplied by third party merchants and PacificLight is not an agent of the merchant and/or supplier of the miles. Accordingly, PacificLight makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, value, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the miles and PacificLight assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of the merchants or any non-performance or defects in the miles. Any dispute regarding the miles is to be resolved directly with the merchant and/or supplier of the miles (that is, Singapore Airlines Limited). PacificLight shall not be required to assist or act on your behalf in communicating with the merchant and/or supplier of the miles. For the purposes of this clause, “Renewal Miles” and “Usage Miles” includes any products and/or services provided by third party merchants in connection with the use and/or redemption of the miles.
  • This Promotion is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other products or services unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight.
  • This Promotion is non-transferable and non-assignable.
  • This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotional codes, discounts, or vouchers, unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight.
  • PacificLight will not be liable or responsible for any injury, loss, or damage whatsoever or for any charge, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred because of or in connection with the redemption or usage of any reward under this Promotion or participation in this Promotion.
  • PacificLight reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate this Promotion, whether in whole or in part and/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. Your continued participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any changes to this Promotion.
  • PacificLight has the right to disqualify, terminate, blacklist and/or reject your entitlement for any KrisFlyer miles if PacificLight is of the opinion that there has been any breach of these terms and conditions, regardless of the time of discovery of the breach. PacificLight’s decision as to any matter relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to any eligibility for this Promotion shall be final and binding.
  • PacificLight shall not be liable for any taxes (including but not limited to income tax), costs, expenses or duties that may arise in connection with this Promotion. PacificLight excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion.
  • In the case your linked KrisFlyer membership account is suspended due to suspicion of fraud and other inappropriate activities deemed by Singapore Airlines Limited (SIA) Group, PacificLight shall not be liable or responsible for failure in KrisFlyer mile crediting and reserve the right to disqualify you from the Promotion.
  • By participating in this Promotion, you accept PacificLight’s Privacy Policy and consent to, PacificLight’s collection, retention, usage, and disclosure of your personal information to PacificLight’s employees and necessary third parties for all purposes in connection with this Promotion, including disclosing the KrisFlyer Member your Full Name, KrisFlyer Membership number and your electricity usage to Singapore Airlines Limited to facilitate the Krisflyer miles disbursement. In processing the KrisFlyer miles disbursement, Singapore Airlines Limited may transfer your personal information outside of Singapore and such transfer will be in accordance with Singapore Airlines Limited’s Privacy Policy.
  • A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce these terms and conditions.
  • This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and by participating in this Promotion, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
  • In addition to these terms and conditions of the Promotion, PacificLight’s General Conditions of Contract (“GCC”) for residential electricity contract shall also apply. View here. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions and the GCC, these terms and conditions will prevail to the extent that such discrepancy relates to the Promotion.
