PACIFICLIGHT GETBACK PROMOTION

^Terms and Conditions for “GetBack Promotion” Lucky Draw (the “Lucky Draw”)

  • The qualifying period for the Lucky Draw is from 15 October 2026, 0000 hrs, to 26 February 2027, 2359 hrs, both dates inclusive (the “Qualifying Period”).
  • To be eligible for the Lucky Draw, you must fulfil the following conditions:
    • New customers: You must sign up for a PacificLight home plan with a fixed contract term of at least 24 months during the Qualifying Period, and your electricity account must be successfully commenced by 10 March 2027; or
    • Existing customers: You must recontract for a PacificLight home plan with a fixed contract term of at least 24 months during the Qualifying Period; and
    • Your PacificLight account must be valid and in good standing, as determined by PacificLight at its sole discretion.
  • If you meet the eligibility, you will be automatically enrolled in the Lucky Draw without the need for a separate registration. If you wish to withdraw from participating in the Lucky Draw, you must notify PacificLight by emailing [email protected].
  • Each eligible PacificLight account is entitled to one (1) Lucky Draw entry.
  • A total of one hundred and one (101) winners will be selected, with each winner receiving an S$88 rebate on their PacificLight electricity bill (the “Rebate”).
  • The Lucky Draw will be conducted using a computerised system at 1600 hours (Singapore time) on 22 March 2026. The date, time and location are subject to change at PacificLight's sole discretion without prior notice. Members of the public are welcome to witness the Lucky Draw at 8 Jurong Town Hall Rd, #12-01/06 The JTC Summit, Singapore 609434 (or such other date, time or location as PacificLight may determine at its own discretion).
  • If you are selected as a winner, your surname and initials will be announced (e.g. Loh W W – S$88 Rebate). You will also be notified via email and/or SMS using your contact details registered with PacificLight within fourteen (14) business days after the draw.
  • No action is required from the winners to claim the prize. The Rebate will be credited to the next electricity bill issued after the winner announcement.
  • This Prizes(s) are not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other products or services unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight.
  • This Prize(s) are non-transferable and non-assignable.
  • PacificLight reserves the right to change the prize or replace with another prize of similar value without prior notice.
  • PacificLight reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate this Promotion, whether in whole or in part and/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. Your continued participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance to any changes to this Promotion.
  • Cancellation or switching out before the prize is credited your PacificLight bill will render the customer ineligible for the Lucky Draw.
  • The processing of the participants' personal data shall be for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw, and will be processed by PacificLight in accordance with PacificLight’s Privacy Policy.
  • By participating in the Lucky Draw, you acknowledge and accept PacificLight’s Privacy Policy and consent to PacificLight’s collection, use, retention, and disclosure of your personal data, including disclosure to PacificLight’s employees as may be necessary, for the following purposes:
    • verifying your eligibility for the Lucky Draw
    • notifying and corresponding with you regarding the Lucky Draw results; and
    • publishing your name for publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Lucky Draw.
  • PacificLight reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate this Lucky Draw, whether in whole or in part and/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. Your continued participation in this Lucky Draw shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any changes to this Lucky Draw.
  • PacificLight has the right to disqualify, terminate, blacklist and/or reject your participation in the Lucky Draw if PacificLight is of the opinion that there has been any breach of these terms and conditions, regardless of the time of discovery of the breach. .
  • PacificLight’s decision as to any matter relating to this Lucky Draw, including but not limited to any eligibility for this Lucky Draw shall be final and binding.
