  • This Promotion is valid from 27 October 2026, 0000 hrs, to 31 December 2026, 2359 hrs.
  • The Promotion entitles sign-ups to enjoy yuu Points ("Points") and/or rebates if the promotional codes ("Promo Codes") are used.
  • This Promotion is valid for the first 500 successful new sign-ups during the promotion period:
    1. Sign up for any 12-month PacificLight home plans online using the Promo Code "YUU12" to enjoy 500 yuu Points; or
    2. Sign up for any 24-month PacificLight home plans online using the Promo Code "YUU24" to enjoy a S$50 (inclusive of GST) rebate off your third month's bill and 10,000 yuu Points; or
    3. Sign up for a 36-month PacificLight home plan online using the Promo Code "YUU36" to enjoy a S$50 (inclusive of GST) rebate off your third month's bill and 15,000 yuu Points; and/or
  • To be eligible for the Promotion, you would need to fulfil all the criteria as stated below:
    1. You must be a new PacificLight customer;
    2. You must provide us with accurate details of yourself in the course of the sign-up;
    3. You must use the correct Promo Code for the appropriate plan;
    4. You must submit a valid yuu ID that belongs to you;
    5. Your electricity account of your residential premises must be successfully transferred to PacificLight;
    6. You must have a monthly usage of not less than 60 kWh prior to disbursement of rebate and Points;
    7. You must make full and prompt payment for all your monthly bills before disbursement of rebate and Points; and
    8. You have consented, during sign up, to the use and disclosure of your data with PacificLight and its third party service providers for the campaign.
  • Subject to your fulfilment of the eligibility criteria, the Points and/or retailers' voucher will be credited to your yuu SG account within one hundred and twenty (120) days from your supply start date. Once credited, the Points and/or retailers' voucher will be governed by the yuu SG Terms and Conditions of the yuu SG reward programme, and you are solely responsible for complying with those terms.
  • Cancellation or switching out of the contract during the contract period will render the customer ineligible for the Promotion.
  • Any rebate in this Promotion shall be credited into your electricity bill, which will offset PacificLight electricity charges payable by you.
  • If you terminate your Residential Electricity Contract after disbursement of the Points, PacificLight reserves the right to impose a yuu Recovery Value. The Recovery Value fee for each yuu Point is calculated at S$0.01.
  • The Points are supplied by Minden Singapore Private Limited and PacificLight is not an agent of the merchant and/or supplier of the Points. Accordingly, PacificLight makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, value, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the Points and PacificLight assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of the merchants or any non-performance or defects in the Points. Any dispute regarding the Points is to be resolved directly with yuu SG and/or supplier of the Points (that is Minden Singapore Private Limited). PacificLight shall not be required to assist or act on your behalf in communicating with the merchant and/or supplier of the Points.
  • In the event that the crediting of Points fails due to reasons including, but not limited to, the submission of incorrect information to PacificLight and/or your yuu SG account being suspected of fraud or other inappropriate activities as determined by yuu SG, PacificLight shall not be liable for such failure and reserves the right to disqualify you from the Promotion.
  • By participating in this Promotion, you accept PacificLight's Privacy Policy.and consent to PacificLight's collection, retention, usage, and disclosure of your personal information to PacificLight's employees and necessary third parties for all purposes in connection with this Promotion, including disclosing your yuu ID and electricity contract type to yuu SG and/or Minden Singapore Private Limited to facilitate the Points crediting. In processing the Points crediting, yuu SG and/or Minden Singapore Private Limited may transfer your personal information outside of Singapore and such transfer will be in accordance with yuu's Privacy Policy.
  • The rebate and Points are not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other products or services unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight.
  • The rebate and Points are non-transferable and non-assignable.
  • This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotional codes, discounts or vouchers, unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight.
  • PacificLight reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate this Promotion, whether in whole or in part and/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. Your continued participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance to any changes to this Promotion
  • PacificLight has the right to disqualify, terminate, blacklist and/or reject your entitlement for any rebate or Points if PacificLight is of the opinion that there has been any breach of these terms and conditions, regardless of the time of discovery of the breach.
  • PacificLight reserves the right to forfeit or recover any value, rebate or Points of the Promotion (whether already offset against your electricity charges or otherwise) in the event of any breach of this Promotion, breach of the electricity retail contract or early termination before Supply End Date stated in the contract.
  • PacificLight's decision as to any matter relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to any eligibility for this Promotion shall be final and binding.
  • PacificLight shall not be liable for any taxes (including but not limited to income tax), costs, expenses or duties that may arise in connection with this Promotion.
  • PacificLight excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion.
  • This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and by participating in this Promotion, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
