• The qualifying period for this Lucky Draw is from 27 July 2026 to 26 October 2026, both dates inclusive (the “Qualifying Period”).
• This Lucky Draw is open to new customers who sign up for an eligible PacificLight home plan during the Qualifying Period.
• To be an eligible participant in the Lucky Draw (“Eligible Participant”), you must fulfil all the following conditions:
  • You must be a new customer signing up for a PacificLight home plan on a fixed term contract during the Qualifying Period;
  • you must be a yuu SG member and provide your yuu ID during sign up; and
  • your PacificLight account is valid and in good standing as may be determined by PacificLight at its sole and absolute discretion; and
  • you must reside in Singapore and be aged 18 years and above.
  • You have consented, during sign up, to the use and disclosure of your data with PacificLight and its third party service providers for the campaign.
• Eligibility for the Lucky Draw will be determined based on PacificLight’s system records, which shall be final and conclusive. PacificLight shall not be liable for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, system failure, communication failure, unauthorised access, or any other technical issue or event beyond its reasonable control that may affect the administration of the Lucky Draw.
• Customers who fulfil all qualifying criteria for the Lucky Draw will be automatically enrolled in the Lucky Draw. If you wish to withdraw from participating in the Lucky Draw, you must notify PacificLight by emailing [email protected].
• Two (2) winners will be selected from Eligible Participants.
• The prize for this Lucky Draw is 100,000 yuu SG Points (“Points”). Each eligible PacificLight account is entitled to a maximum of one (1) Lucky Draw entry.
• The Lucky Draw will be conducted using a computerised system at 1600 hours (Singapore time) on 2 November 2026. The date, time and location are subject to change at PacificLight's sole discretion without prior notice. Members of the public are welcome to witness the Lucky Draw at 8 Jurong Town Hall Rd, #12-01/06 The JTC Summit, Singapore 609434 (or such other date, time or location as PacificLight may determine at its own discretion).
• Any announcement of the winners of the Lucky Draw will include the winners’ full names (example: Loh Win Win - 100,000 yuu SG Points). Winners will be notified via their e-mail address and/or mobile number stated in the respective winners’ electricity contract within 14 business days. If the winner(s) are uncontactable or fail to respond to PacificLight within one (1) week after the notification, replacement winner(s) may be drawn at PacificLight’s sole discretion.
• Winners will receive further instructions on the manner of prize collection by e-mail or by letter. Winners must produce proof of identity acceptable to PacificLight for verification. If the particulars of an individual who purports to be a winner differ from PacificLight’s records, PacificLight shall be entitled to treat the particulars of its records as the correct particulars and reject such claim for the prizes.
• The prizes will be credited to the winner’s yuu SG account associated with the submitted yuu ID within ninety (90) days from the PacificLight contract supply start date. PacificLight will not be liable if a winner is unable to receive his or her prize for any reason or if PacificLight is unable to credit the Points to the winner’s yuu SG account.
• The prize is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other products or services unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight. The prizes are strictly not transferable and non-assignable.
• PacificLight reserves the right to change the prizes or replace them with another prize of similar value without prior notice.
• Cancellation or switching out before the prize is credited to the yuu SG account will render the customer ineligible for the Lucky Draw.
• The processing of the participants' personal data shall be for the purposes of administering the Lucky Draw and will be processed by PacificLight in accordance with PacificLight’s Privacy Policy and yuu SG’s Privacy Policy
• By participating in the Lucky Draw, you acknowledge and accept PacificLight’s Privacy Policy and consent to PacificLight’s collection, use, retention, and disclosure of your personal data, including disclosure to PacificLight’s employees and such third parties as may be necessary, for the purpose of:
  • verifying your eligibility for the Lucky Draw;
  • informing and corresponding with you regarding the announcement of the Lucky Draw winner and details on the prize collection;
  • disclosing your full name and yuu ID to yuu SG to facilitate the crediting of the prize to your yuu SG account;
  • using your name for publicity and promotional purposes relating to this Lucky Draw.
• If you wish to withdraw your consent for the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data, you must email us at [email protected].
• Failure to provide consent required under Clause 16, or withdrawal of consent pursuant to Clause 17, will result in disqualification from the Lucky Draw and, where applicable, forfeiture of any prize.
• The yuu SG Points are supplied by Minden Singapore Private Limited and PacificLight is not an agent of the merchant and/or supplier of the Points. Accordingly, PacificLight makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, value, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the Points and assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of the merchants or any non-performance or defects in the Points. Any dispute regarding the Points is to be resolved directly with yuu SG and/or Minden Singapore Private Limited. PacificLight shall not be required to assist or act on your behalf in communicating with the merchant and/or supplier of the Points.
• In the event that the crediting of Points fails due to reasons including, but not limited to, the submission of incorrect information to PacificLight and/or your yuu SG account being suspected of fraud or other inappropriate activities as determined by yuu SG, PacificLight shall not be liable for such failure and reserves the right to disqualify you from the Lucky Draw.
• PacificLight reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate this Lucky Draw, whether in whole or in part and/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. Your continued participation in this Lucky Draw shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance of any changes to this Lucky Draw.
• PacificLight has the right to disqualify, terminate, blacklist and/or reject your participation in the Lucky Draw if PacificLight is of the opinion that there has been any breach of these terms and conditions, regardless of the time of discovery of the breach.
• PacificLight’s decision as to any matter relating to this Lucky Draw, including, without limitation, eligibility for the Lucky Draw, shall be final and binding.
• PacificLight shall not be liable for any taxes (including but not limited to income tax), costs, expenses or duties that may arise in connection with this Lucky Draw.
• PacificLight excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Lucky Draw.
• This Lucky Draw shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and by participating in this Lucky Draw, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
