Inclusive of Welcome Bonus miles, you can earn up to 2,500 miles for a 12-month plan, 6,000 miles for a 24-month plan and 8,000 miles for a 36-month plan, unless otherwise stated.

We do not wish to encourage wasteful electricity usage due to the mile accumulation. PacificLight Energy customers can instead look forward to exclusive campaigns that allow them to earn KrisFlyer miles, not only on electricity bills in the future.

This promotion is on a first-come-first basis. Also, you are required to fulfill at least 60 kWh of electricity every month and pay your electricity bills promptly before the distribution of miles. For full T&Cs, you can find it here.

This Promotion rewards customers who signed up an eligible fixed duration electricity plans with KrisFlyer miles. This Promotion includes Welcome Bonus miles and Usage miles. The number of Welcome Bonus miles you are awarded differs based on the duration of plan you choose. The number of Usage miles you are awarded depends on your electricity usage and the mile accrual system attached to the promotion you chose.

Terms And Conditions
  • This Promotion is valid from 28 March 2024, 0000 hrs, to 30 June 2024, 2359 hrs ("Promotion Period").
  • The Promotion entitles applicants who sign-up for any of the home plans set out under Clause 3 to receive KrisFlyer miles if the promotional codes (“Promo Code ”) are used.
  • The Promotion comprises of two [2] categories:
    • Sign up for a PacificLight home plan;
      1. Sign up for a 36-month PacificLight home plan online using the Promo Code “FLYER36” to receive up to 8,350 KrisFlyer miles; or
      2. Sign up for a 24-month PacificLight home plan online using the Promo Code “FLYER24” to receive up to 6,350 KrisFlyer miles; or
      3. Sign up for a 12-month PacificLight home plan online using the Promo Code “FLYER12” to receive up to 2,500 KrisFlyer miles.

  • To be eligible for this Promotion, you would need to fulfill all the criteria as stated below:
    1. You must provide us with accurate details of yourself in the course of the sign-up;
    2. You must use the correct Promo Code for the appropriate plan;
    3. You must provide a valid personal KrisFlyer Membership Number that belongs to PacificLight account holder, in your application;
    4. Your electricity account of your residential premise must be successfully transferred to PacificLight;
    5. You must have a monthly usage of not less than 60 kWh prior to disbursement of KrisFlyer miles and;
    6. You must make full and prompt payments for all your monthly bills before the disbursement of the KrisFlyer miles.
  • In the event that PacificLight is unable to grant you the Promotion due to the implemented sign-up limit, you will be notified and given the opportunity to enroll in other promotions published on PacificLight website as replacement.
  • Assuming that you fulfil the criteria under Clause 4, the Bonus Miles, Welcome Miles and Usage Miles that you would have accumulated over the first five (5) months of the home plan that you have signed up for, will be credited automatically to your KrisFlyer membership account that is linked to that home plan, within 30 to 90 days following the receipt of your fifth PacificLight bill.
  • Usage Miles will be awarded based on the total electricity usage (kWh) over five (5) consecutive months from your account Supply Start Date. The miles will be calculated by rounding down to the nearest whole number, subject to a cap (refer to Clause 3).

  • Any calculation or determination by us of the amount of KrisFlyer miles to be awarded, shall be, in the absence of manifest error, final and conclusive.
  • KrisFlyer miles earned will be reflected in your KrisFlyer statement and/or notified via SMS after disbursement.
  • In tandem with the non-transferable clause enforced by SIA under the KrisFlyer Membership programme , any request for mile accrual to a KrisFlyer membership account that does not belong to PacificLight Account holder will be rejected.   • Once the KrisFlyer miles are credited into your KrisFlyer membership account, they will be governed by the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme. Redemption and use of the KrisFlyer miles through the KrisFlyer programme are governed by the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer programme, which you shall be solely responsible for complying with.
  • You may opt out of the Promotion later before the Contract Supply Date or before KrisFlyer miles distribution to your account by contacting us through any of the following methods:

  • If you terminate the Residential Electricity Contract before the disbursement of the KrisFlyer miles, you will not be eligible for the Promotion.
  • If you terminate your Residential Electricity Contract after disbursement of the KrisFlyer miles to your KrisFlyer account, PacificLight reserves the right to impose a KrisFlyer Recovery Value. The KrisFlyer Recovery Value fee is calculated at US$0.04 per mile credited, using the currency rate on the date of termination of contract as recorded on Monetary Authority of Singapore. PacificLight reserves the right to reject any request for KrisFlyer miles adjustment in our sole and absolute discretion without assigning any reason, and is not obliged to enter into any correspondence with you concerning such adjustments.
  • The Welcome Miles and Usage Miles are supplied by third party merchants and PacificLight is not an agent of the merchant and/or supplier of the miles. Accordingly, PacificLight makes no warranty or representation as to the quality, value, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the miles and PacificLight assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or omissions of the merchants or any non-performance or defects in the miles. Any dispute regarding the miles is to be resolved directly with the merchant and/or supplier of the miles (that is, Singapore Airlines Limited). PacificLight shall not be required to assist or act on your behalf in communicating with the merchant and/or supplier of the miles. For the purposes of this clause, “Bonus Miles”, “Welcome Miles” and “Usage Miles” includes any products and/or services provided by third party merchants in connection with the use and/or redemption of the miles.
  • This Promotion is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other products or services unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight.
  • This Promotion is non-transferable and non-assignable.
  • This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotional codes, referral codes, discounts or vouchers, unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight.
  • PacificLight will not be liable or responsible for any injury, loss, or damage whatsoever or for any charge, cost or expense of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred because of or in connection with the redemption or usage of any reward under this Promotion or participation in this Promotion.
  • PacificLight reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate this Promotion, whether in whole or in part and/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. Your continued participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance to any changes to this Promotion.
  • PacificLight has the right to disqualify, terminate, blacklist and/or reject your entitlement for any KrisFlyer miles if PacificLight is of the opinion that there has been any breach of these terms and conditions, regardless of the time of discovery of the breach. PacificLight reserves the right to recover any value of the Promotion (whether already disburse or otherwise) in the event of any breach of this Promotion, breach of the electricity retail contract or early termination before Supply End Date stated in the contract.
  • PacificLight’s decision as to any matter relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to any eligibility for this Promotion shall be final and binding.
  • PacificLight shall not be liable for any taxes (including but not limited to income tax), costs, expenses or duties that may arise in connection with this Promotion. PacificLight excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Promotion.
  • In the case that failed crediting of miles to your linked KrisFlyer membership account has occured due to submission of incorrect information to PacificLight and/or due to your linked KrisFLyer membership account being suspected of fraud and other inappropriate activities deemed by Singapore Airlines Limited (SIA) Group, PacificLight shall not be liable or responsible for failure in KrisFlyer mile crediting and reserve the right to disqualify you from the Promotion.
  • By participating in this Promotion, you accept PacificLight’s Privacy Policy and consent to, PacificLight’s collection, retention, usage, and disclosure of your personal information to PacificLight’s employees and necessary third parties for all purposes in connection with this Promotion, including disclosing your Full Name, KrisFlyer Membership Number and your electricity usage to Singapore Airlines Limited to facilitate the KrisFlyer miles disbursement. In processing the KrisFlyer miles disbursement, Singapore Airlines Limited may transfer your personal information outside of Singapore and such transfer will be in accordance with Singapore Airlines Limited’s Privacy Policy.
  • A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce these terms and conditions.
  • This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and by participating in this Promotion, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions and the GCC, these terms and conditions will prevail to the extent that such discrepancy relates to the Promotion.
