Intern, System Applications

Responsibilities:

• Participate in new systems implementation; maintain and support existing applications to align systems with business objectives, and to ensure deliverables are within scope, budget and schedule.
• Provide assistance and troubleshooting to users for application or UI/UX-related issues.
• Assist in program development based on system design requirements, including basic UI/UX enhancements and usability improvements.
• Support users in identifying and defining issues or opportunities that could be addressed either:
  1. through the implementation of a new solution, or
  2. through enhancements to an existing system
• Participate in UI/UX activities such as wireframing, prototyping, reviewing user feedback, and improving user interface consistency.
• Participate in system and integration testing, including validating user experience flows, and ensure proper documentation of delivered solutions.
• Provide backup support for other applications and team members when required.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior related experience or internship will be advantageous.
• Basic understanding of system development, programming concepts, or UI/UX principles essential.
• Familiarity with office productivity tools, automation workflows, application development, UI/UX tools, or data processing will be advantageous.
• Goal-oriented, with strong focus on delivery and achieving milestones.
• Able to work independently or collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and positive can-do attitude.

Others:

• 5-day work week
• Willingness to travel to Corporate/Site Office whenever required
