It includes a home protection plan that covers renovation and home contents. In addition, eligible customers will also be entitled to a lump sum payout in the event of a COVID-19 and/or dengue fever.

Terms and Conditions for PacificLight Complimentary Home and Covid-19 Redemption (the “Offer”):

  • This Offer is valid from 25 March 2020, 0000 hrs, to 10 April 2020, 2359 hrs.
  • The Offer entitles PacificLight residential electricity account holders to redeem a 30-day complimentary Home and Covid-19 insurance coverage by Etiqa if a code is used during redemption.

    1 Diagnosis Benefit for COVID-19 and/or Dengue Fever
    If the Eligible Customer is diagnosed with COVID-19 and/or Dengue Fever in Singapore by a Registered Medical Practitioner, we will provide a lump sum payment, subject to a maximum of S$3,000 per diagnosis.

  • To be eligible for the Offer, you would need to fulfil all the criteria as stated below:
    • You must have the Redemption Code from PacificLight before the redemption;
    • You must be a PacificLight residential electricity account holder;
    • You must provide us with accurate Code and details of yourself in the course of the redemption;
    • You must be a Singapore Citizen, or a Permanent Resident of Singapore, or a Foreigner with valid Work Permit or Employment Pass or Dependent's Pass or Long-Term Visit Pass of at least seventeen (17) years of age and not more than seventy (70) years of age on the Effective Date of Insurance.
  • Cancellation of Residential Electricity Contract before disbursement of the rebate will render you ineligible for this Offer.
  • This Offer is not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other products or services unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight. This Offer is non-transferable and non-assignable.
  • This Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotional and referral codes, discounts or vouchers, unless otherwise stated in writing by PacificLight.
  • PacificLight reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw or terminate this Offer, whether in whole or in part and/or any of these terms and conditions without prior notice. Your continued participation in this Offer shall be deemed to constitute your acceptance to any changes to this Offer.
  • PacificLight has the right to disqualify, terminate, blacklist and/or reject your entitlement for any rebate if PacificLight is of the opinion that there has been any breach of these terms and conditions, regardless of the time of discovery of the breach. PacificLight reserves the right to recover value of the Offer in the event of any breach of this Offer, breach of the electricity retail contract or early termination before Supply End Date stated in the contract.
  • PacificLight’s decision as to any matter relating to this Offer, including but not limited to any eligibility for this Offer shall be final and binding.
  • PacificLight shall not be liable for any taxes (including but not limited to income tax), costs, expenses or duties that may arise in connection with this Offer. PacificLight excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this Offer.
  • This Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, and by participating in this Offer, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
